About The Event
Engage in guided somatic processes to regulate stress, release body tension, and enhance flexibility and coordination. Participants will be guided through dance improvisation and choreographic sequences.
No Dance experience required
Open for all ages, abilities and levels
Bring: yoga mat, water bottle
Wear: comfortable clothes
